Delivery with 15 days of delay at a parcel depot in another city, despite several complaints without effect. La Poste Collissimo is really not serious, never use this delivery company again. I still have 4 parcels going through this same delivery company, La Poste Collissimo did not deliver the parcels to my home, they left a notice to pick them up in another city again. I have to cancel the orders and request a refund because the delivery did not comply with my indicated address. I have to pick up the orders in another city, which is impossible. I am in a situation of disability in a wheelchair without a suitable vehicle for disabled people.
